This is such a popular double deep fryer for those in the commercial frying businesses especially fast food catering and restaurants. it is a two in one meaning you got yourself two 6litres capacity deep fryers all in one set.
it is made of high grade 304 heavy duty stainless steel that is a good conductor of heat and also very easy to clean. it comes with two removable oil tanks and two frying baskets each with holes to help drain oil from fried food. it also has various temperature control dials to help you fry your food at the desired temperatures. its cylinders are also very large enough to accommodate big food quanties. maximum oil capacity is 6litres for each tank and 2.5kw for each fryer. it has a total voltage of 220v and a temperature range of 60 degrees Celsius to 200degrees. for more instructions on how to use it best please refer to the manual inside the product box. please do not forget to rate our item with five stars when it works well for you because it will.
